2025 was a milestone year for Lions Assistance Dogs, marking a period of significant growth, impact, and transformation. From our official rebrand of Australian Lions Hearing Dogs to Lions Assistance Dogs, to record-breaking service delivery, last year was one of progress and momentum.
Together with our volunteers, Lions Clubs, donors, partners, and supporters, we achieved:
• 41 Assistance Dogs placed across Australia, our highest annual total on record.
• 57 applications received from people seeking life-changing support.
• 178 active Assistance Dogs currently supporting recipients nationwide.
